In the early morning hours of March 9, 2022, the life of 44-year-old Kavon Howard, a male resident of Richmond, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Gunfire erupted in his East End apartment, leaving him with a fatal wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene by authorities who responded to reports of the shooting.
