Lakeith Ruffin Jr., a 30-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2022. Ruffin, a Highland Springs High School graduate and former homecoming king, was known for his charismatic personality and positive outlook on life. On the night of his death, Ruffin was celebrating a relative's birthday at a restaurant in Shockoe Bottom, Richmond. The celebration continued at a nearby club, where a dispute over a woman escalated into a fatal confrontation.
