On a Saturday afternoon in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 23-year-old Elijah Johnson was tragically cut short. On March 18, 2023, at approximately 4:18 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 3400 block of Walmsley Boulevard. Upon their arrival, they discovered a young man suffering from a gunshot wound.
