Marcus D. Smith Jr., aged 28, tragically lost his life on May 6, 2022, in Richmond, Virginia. He was found shot in a parking lot near Chateau Drive on the Southside of Richmond. The Richmond Police Department responded to a report of shots fired around 1 a.m. and discovered Smith at the scene. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead shortly after their arrival.
