On a summer evening in June 2022, the life of 63-year-old Ronald Dennis 'Ronnie' Brunk was brought to a tragic and abrupt end. On June 15, authorities were called to his office in Mount Crawford, Virginia, for what was initially reported as an unauthorized entry. Upon their arrival, they discovered Ronald on the floor, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the chest. Despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
