William "Billy" Felton English, aged 48, passed away on July 7, 2020. Born on October 7, 1971, in Nansemond County, Virginia, he was the son of William Edwin English and the late Shannah Hampton Coleman. Billy was a member of the former Liberty Baptist Church.
