In the summer of 2020, the life of William Felton 'Billy' English, a 48-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Roanoke, Virginia. On July 7th, English was found shot to death, prompting the Roanoke Police Department to launch a homicide investigation into the violent incident.
