Dalen O’Shay Spence, a 25-year-old man from Portsmouth, Virginia, was found fatally shot on July 18, 2022. The incident occurred around 1:50 a.m. in the 200 block of Paul Revere Drive. Upon arrival, police officers discovered Spence with a fatal gunshot wound inside a sedan that had several visible bullet holes. Neighbors reported hearing multiple gunshots, and surveillance footage revealed a suspect vehicle, described as a black, four-door Chrysler 300 with no front tags and a sunroof.
