Death by Force

On July 25, 2025, 29-year-old male John Lawyer was shot during a custody-related argument at the Normandy Green Apartments on Lloyd Avenue in Florence, Kentucky. Police found John Lawyer in a common hallway with a gunshot wound to the chest and rushed him to St. Elizabeth–Florence Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
