Stephen E. Stamates, a 72-year-old resident of Florence, Kentucky, and originally from Buffalo, New York, died on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, in what is believed to be a road rage incident. The incident occurred on Ewing Boulevard and U.S. 42 in Florence, Kentucky.
