Candace Gomness, a 23-year-old woman from Chesterfield, Virginia, tragically lost her life on August 4, 2022, in a shooting incident on Forest Hill Avenue in Richmond. The incident occurred around 3:13 p.m. when police were called to the 4000 block of Forest Hill Avenue following reports of random gunfire.
