Devin Keith Chandler, a 20-year-old student and football player at the University of Virginia (UVA), tragically lost his life on November 13, 2022, in Charlottesville, Virginia. Chandler, originally from Virginia Beach, was one of three UVA football players killed in a shooting incident that occurred on campus.
