In the summer of 2014, a tragic incident cut short the life of 12-year-old Genesis Rincon. On the evening of July 5th, Genesis was enjoying a family gathering in Paterson, New Jersey. She, along with two friends, decided to take a scooter to a nearby store. On their way back, as they traveled along Rosa Parks Boulevard, the unthinkable happened.
