In the early morning hours of October 19, 2014, the streets of Trenton, New Jersey, were disrupted by a violent act that ended a young life. Rodney Ellis Sutphin, a 22-year-old Black male, was discovered fatally shot behind the wheel of a minivan at the intersection of Mulberry Street and Nottingham Way.
