In the early morning hours of November 4, 2014, the sound of gunfire shattered the quiet of a Camden, New Jersey street. When police responded to the reports on the 900 block of South 3rd Street at approximately 1:45 a.m., they discovered a grim scene. Inside a white Chevrolet van, 24-year-old Andrew L.
