In the late hours of a Sunday in Camden, New Jersey, the life of 20-year-old Wesley L. Nelms, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On November 9, 2014, he was discovered on the 1100 block of Chase Street with a single, fatal bullet wound to his chest.
