On a summer evening in Atlantic City, New Jersey, the life of Marcus Hunt, a 30-year-old male, was cut short by gunfire. On the night of June 30, 2015, police responded to a call on the 800 block of North Pennsylvania Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered Hunt's body, the victim of a fatal shooting. The tragic event echoed a painful past for his family, as his brother had also been a victim of an unsolved shooting nearly eight years earlier.
