On a summer evening in Atlantic City, New Jersey, the life of 20-year-old Nizine Williams was tragically cut short. On Tuesday, July 5, 2016, reports of gunfire on Magellan Avenue prompted a response from the Atlantic City Police Department. Arriving at the scene, officers discovered Williams suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
