On a cold February afternoon in Camden, New Jersey, 22-year-old Nicholas Rowser was shot and killed. The incident, which occurred around 4 p.m. on February 7, 2016, unfolded on the 1100 block of Morton Street. Responding officers discovered Rowser at the intersection of Mount Ephraim Avenue and Morton Street with multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Cooper University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
