In what was described as a tragic incident, 33-year-old Ivan 'Scott' Strayer II, a male from Gallitzin, Pennsylvania, lost his life on October 11, 2016, in Vineland, New Jersey. Strayer was working as a laborer for Osmose Utilities Service and was staying at the Wingate Inn with a construction crew. It was in his hotel room that he was found, having been fatally shot three times while he was sleeping.
