In the early morning hours of May 24, 2020, what initially appeared to be a single-car accident in Vineland, New Jersey, quickly escalated into a homicide investigation. Responding to the scene at Chestnut Avenue and South West Boulevard around 3:03 a.m., officers with the Vineland Police Department discovered 31-year-old Travis Douglas of Randallstown, Maryland, inside the vehicle.
