In the quiet city of Vineland, New Jersey, the life of Walter L. Brown III, a 32-year-old man, was abruptly ended on the night of Tuesday, January 29, 2019. That evening, at approximately 9 p.m., authorities were called to his residence on the 700 block of East Oxford Street following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered that Brown had been shot inside his own home.
