Richard A. Morse III, 26, was last seen on December 15, 1998, in Bangor, Maine. He had been at the now-closed Main Street Inn and the Spectrum Nightclub on the night of his disappearance. Originally from Belfast, Maine, Morse had recently been released from prison after serving time for a robbery. In the months following his release, he appeared to be getting his life back on track, working two jobs and maintaining contact with his probation officer.
