William Wayne Hilderbrand, also known as Billy and Jael, was 22 years old when he disappeared from Bangor, Maine, in early November 2010. Public missing-person records describe William as Native American/American Indian or Alaska Native, 5 feet 10 inches tall, about 155 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes.
