An evening drive on June 8, 2017, turned tragic for 30-year-old Lewis Young, a Black male from Trenton, New Jersey. While behind the wheel of his vehicle, Young was struck by gunfire in a fatal shooting that unfolded on the city's streets. The sudden burst of violence left him with critical injuries.
