Belinda Hernandez, a 52-year-old Hispanic woman, was found shot dead in the kitchen of her Pearland, TX home on March 23, 2019. Her daughter discovered her body. Belinda had been married to her husband, Hilario Hernandez, a Houston police sergeant, for over 30 years. The couple's daughter, Christina Foos, became an educator in Pearland like her mother.
