In the summer of 1960, a sense of unease settled over Alamogordo, New Mexico, culminating in the tragic disappearance of a young girl. Four-year-old Sharon Lee Gallegos, a Hispanic female, was playing in an alley behind her grandmother's house on July 21st when she was abducted. Eyewitnesses reported seeing a woman pull Sharon into a dark green car, which then sped away. For days, her family and law enforcement searched desperately, but the trail went cold.
