In the early hours of a summer morning in Tacoma, Washington, the life of 36-year-old Heather Lee Mason Tucker, a White female, was tragically cut short. On July 24, 2021, at approximately 1:30 a.m., the sound of gunfire pierced the night in the 900 block of North Pearl Street.
