In the late hours of a Wednesday night in Camden, New Jersey, a car sat idling on the 2800 block of Constitution Road, drawing the attention of passersby. It was approximately 10:16 p.m. on February 27, 2019, when police responded to reports of the suspicious vehicle. Inside, they made a grim discovery. Two men were slumped over and unresponsive, both having sustained gunshot wounds.
