In the city of Camden, New Jersey, a community was shaken by the violent and untimely death of 33-year-old Terrance Dickerson, a Black male. On the evening of January 24, 2024, the sound of gunfire pierced the night in the 700 block of Ramona Gonzalez Street. The Camden County Police Department was first alerted to the shooting at approximately 9:05 p.m. through a ShotSpotter activation.
