Randall K. Menard, a 28-year-old man, was last seen on April 2, 1990, in DeLand, Florida. He left the home he shared with his father on Briarwood Avenue at approximately 1:30 p.m. and has not been seen or heard from since. Menard had blond hair, blue eyes, and a tattoo on his left arm. At the time of his disappearance, he was 6 feet tall and weighed about 165 pounds.
