In the early morning hours of June 16, 2019, a tragic shooting shattered the peace at Cooper Poynt Park in North Camden, New Jersey. Steven Conquest, a 21-year-old male, was in a crowded parking lot when gunfire erupted. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. as a Camden County police officer was attempting to disperse a large gathering.
