On a summer night in Atlantic City, New Jersey, 21-year-old Jordan Reaves, a male resident of nearby Pleasantville, was fatally wounded. The shooting occurred shortly after 11 p.m. on Sunday, June 30, 2019, in the 300 block of North Pennsylvania Avenue. Police officers responded to a 911 call and discovered Reaves at the scene. He was quickly transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
