On a cold December evening in Atlantic City, New Jersey, the life of Timothy Council Jr., a 27-year-old male, was tragically cut short. Just before 11 p.m. on December 5, 2022, the sound of gunfire pierced the night air near 655 Absecon Boulevard, prompting an alert from the ShotSpotter audio detection system.
