In the late hours of a summer night in Jersey City, New Jersey, the life of 35-year-old Jason Eric Dunbar was tragically cut short. On August 27, 2019, at approximately 11:45 p.m., police responded to reports of gunfire in the vicinity of 169 Fulton Avenue.
