In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Newark, New Jersey, a young man's life was cut short by gunfire. Alpha M. Dumbuya, a 24-year-old male from West Hazelton, Pennsylvania, was shot on September 22, 2019, at approximately 3:28 a.m. in the 600 block of Market Street.
