On a Monday afternoon in Elizabeth, New Jersey, tragedy struck the community. Seventeen-year-old Paul Andrew Baez, a male high school senior with aspirations of becoming a professional soccer player, was found on the 100 block of Fulton Street with multiple gunshot wounds.
