In the early morning hours of Saturday, August 12, 2023, the life of 27-year-old Jameer Selx Outsey was tragically cut short on a street corner in Elizabeth, New Jersey. A former standout football player, Outsey was discovered with a gunshot wound at the intersection of North Broad Street and Magnolia Avenue.
