Ramone Delmar Soto, aged 27, tragically lost his life on May 17, 1998, in Okemos, Michigan. Soto, along with Deborah Anne Miller, was found dead in an apartment where a third victim, Kelly Ferris, was also shot but survived. The incident was a result of a violent confrontation involving multiple individuals.
