In the spring of 2013, an incident unfolded on the streets of Detroit that would ultimately claim the life of a dedicated police officer. On April 2nd of that year, officers were engaged in a high-speed pursuit of a murder suspect. The chase came to a dramatic end at the intersection of Linwood and Hooker Street, where the suspect's vehicle was cornered.
