In the summer of 2014, the life of 34-year-old Damon Ratcliff, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Saginaw, Michigan. On the evening of July 5th, Ratcliff was found suffering from a gunshot wound inside a vehicle at the intersection of 11th and Annesley streets. He was rushed to Covenant HealthCare, but tragically succumbed to his injuries.
