Steffan Causey, a 21-year-old resident of Pontiac, Michigan, tragically lost his life on September 28, 2014. The incident occurred in the Bloomfield Hills Town House Cooperative in Pontiac, where a confrontation between Causey and Travis Lamar Hudson escalated into violence. Witnesses reported that a scuffle broke out between the two men, during which Hudson drew a firearm and shot Causey in the abdomen. Causey was rushed to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries the following day.
