In the autumn of 2014, the life of 33-year-old Keyonus J. Mobley, a Black male from Saginaw, Michigan, was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of October 22, 2014, Mobley was found with a gunshot wound to his upper body in a vehicle on the city's East Side. He was rushed to a local hospital and clung to life for nearly a month before succumbing to his injuries on November 18, 2014.
