A vibrant life was tragically cut short on Friday, November 24, 2023, when Toriano De'Andre Rueda, a 33-year-old Hispanic male from Saginaw, Michigan, was killed. Known affectionately as 'Tory,' he was born in Saginaw on April 26, 1990. A 2010 graduate of Buena Vista High School, Toriano was known for his magnetic personality and great sense of humor. He had the ability to light up any room with his infectious smile and was often considered the life of any family gathering.
