Garrett Ray Hatten was a 19-year-old White/Caucasian male from Huntington, West Virginia, whose life ended in a fatal shooting outside his home late on June 23, 2014. Hatten had been born June 14, 1994, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and had recently graduated from Huntington High School in the class of 2014.
