Jonathan Lamar Vann, a 21-year-old male, tragically lost his life in a shooting on the east side of Saginaw, Michigan, on the afternoon of Thursday, September 14, 2023. The incident took place on 13th Street near Perkins Street. In a desperate attempt to save his own life, Vann drove himself to a nearby hospital after being shot.
