On Saturday, February 24, 2024, Dalance Stephens, a 33-year-old resident of Saginaw, Michigan, tragically lost his life in a daytime shooting incident. The incident occurred around 2:15 p.m. near the intersection of Julius and Webber streets in Saginaw. When police officers arrived at the scene, they found Stephens suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
