A bright Saturday afternoon in Saginaw, Michigan, turned tragic on February 24, 2024, when 33-year-old Dalance Stephens was gunned down in broad daylight. The shooting, which marked the city's fourth homicide of the year, took place around 2:15 p.m. near the intersection of Julius and Webber streets. First responders arrived to find Stephens suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their life-saving efforts and rapid transport to a local hospital, his injuries proved fatal.
