In the winter of 2014, the life of 27-year-old Randall Clifton Minier Jr. came to an abrupt and violent end on a street in Lansing Township, Michigan. On December 8th, Minier, a Hispanic male, was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over by Lansing Township police for a possible speeding violation on West Kalamazoo Street. The seemingly routine traffic stop quickly escalated into a fatal encounter.
