Randall Clifton Minier Jr., a 27-year-old resident of Lansing Township, Michigan, tragically lost his life on December 8, 2014. Minier, who worked at the Claddagh Irish Pub, was known as a loving father, son, brother, and grandson. On the day of his death, Minier was involved in a traffic stop conducted by Lansing Township police officers.
