Cathleen Rudolph, 24, was a woman from Detroit. She was Black. Late on the night the bodies were discovered, police were called to an apartment building in the 1900 block of Hubbard Street in southwest Detroit, where three residents were found dead inside a unit, each with apparent gunshot wounds.
