In a tragic event that unfolded in Virginia Beach, a young girl's life was cut short by her own mother. The 7-year-old female was found deceased in her home on Chicks Beach Court. Her mother, 40-year-old Thu Thau Havan, was identified by police as the perpetrator in a murder-suicide.
