In the early hours of a summer morning in Flint, Michigan, the life of one-year-old Genesis General Tyler was tragically cut short. On August 10, 2015, a hail of bullets was fired into a home on the city's north side, striking and killing the young boy and his devoted caregiver, 71-year-old Rita Langworthy.
